Graphic Design Rules & Guidelines
When designing graphics for Wall Street Orlando or any of its venues, the mediums required will be specified. Below are guidelines for some of the most requested mediums.
Web
Dimensions: 1275px x 1275px
Web graphics are used as headers for event listings on a Venue's website. A web flyer should only contain the name of the event and background art. All other event details will be included automatically on the website and should not be included in the flyer graphic.
- Prominently feature the name of the event
- DO NOT include any other text
Television
Landscape: 3840px x 2160px
Portrait: 2160px x 3840px
Television flyers are shown on the TVs inside Wall Street Orlando venues. Wall Street Orlando has both landscape (horizontal) and portrait (vertical) TVs at the venues.
- Keep font sizes large enough that text can be read from a distance
- Include a QR code if a URL was specified for event-specific details or ticket purchases
- DO NOT include a website URL
- DO NOT include an address, phone number, email address, or other contact details
- DO NOT include too much text. These graphics are shown from a distance on TV screens, and multiple flyers are included in a rotation
Post: 1275px x 1275px
Story: 1080px x 1920px
Instagram graphics are used for social media posts and stories.
- Make it look awesome
- DO NOT include a QR code
Banners
Bike Rack: 93" x 36"
Cantina: 84" x 36"
Arch: 180" x 36"
Banners are printed and hung around Wall Street Plaza.
- Keep font sizes large enough that text can be read from a distance. Use fonts that will be legible from a distance.
- Include a QR code if a URL was specified for event-specific details or ticket purchases. Make sure the QR code is large enough to be scanned from far away.
- Use the CMYK color mode
- Export a rasterized version of the artwork at a 300dpi in JPEG format
- DO NOT try to upscale small raster graphics. They will print poorly. Try to use vector artwork.
Eventite
Flyer: 1200px x 800px
Ticket: 1313px x 638px
Flyer
Eventite flyers are shown on the web storefront where tickets are sold
- Include the branded graphics for the event
- Optionally, the name of the event may be included on the flyer
- DO NOT include additional information; all event information will be listed on the page
Ticket
Ticket graphics are included on physical, printed copies of tickets for the event. The ticket stub will be to the left of the artwork. Artwork can be designed so that it will feature in a portrait orientation on the ticket, but the graphic must still be submitted in landscape format. If a portrait end-product is desired, the "top" of the artwork should be on the right side of the graphic.
- Optionally, the name of the event may be included on the graphic
- DO NOT include extra information, as all details will be printed on the reverse side of the ticket
